Description
The Process
- Coating the Screen: The screen is coated with a special gel that hardens when heat is applied.
- Image Exposure: The mesh is placed on the machine inside an aluminum frame. The machine uses a special light to expose the desired image onto the mesh, hardening the gel where the light hits.
- Washing the Mesh: The mesh is then washed with water, which removes the gel that wasn’t exposed to the light. The remaining gel solidifies, creating a stencil that prevents ink from passing through.
